Palm Bay City Hall, 120 Malabar Rd NE in Palm Bay
Off I95, take Exit 173, Malabar Road, and head West to City Hall.
Event hours: Saturday 10:00 am - 9:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
